Marketer training sessions under way

Marketer Technology Training sessions, initiated by the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC), feature several new modules this year: one covering residential appliances; on-road vehicles and fleets; and generators.

Launched in 2010, the program introduces marketers to propane technology that has the potential to increase gallons and offset seasonal demand. State propane associations that host the training can choose two of the six available modules. The others are commercial mowers, irrigation engines and tankless water heaters.
