April 19, 2022 By

Sonariot, a provider of Mopeka Products’ sonar tank monitoring technologies, established a partnership with Maxquip.

The partnership extends Maxquip’s product offerings to its customer network across the Canadian provinces and northern territories.

Maxquip is a Canadian distributor of equipment for alternative fuel applications and the storage, transfer, process, application and measurement of compressed gases and fluids. According to the company, Maxquip’s customer base can now achieve greater accuracy in understanding the fuel levels of their tanks.

Sonar and ultrasonic tank monitoring solutions are designed to measure propane and other liquid commodities in both pressurized and non-pressurized tanks. The Mopeka sonar and ultrasonic tank monitoring technologies offer reading accuracy of up to 99 percent and higher, according to the company, and drivers can install the sonar sensors in one to two minutes on a propane tank.

“Accuracy and efficiency of the supply chain is crucial in the propane industry today,” says Kevin Jaffe, CEO of Sonariot, in a press release. “It’s the differentiator. With sonar tank monitoring solutions, organizations can better service customers with mobile, timely and accurate readings of customer tank levels in real time. This will help further streamline operations and delivery schedules, whilst supplying an enhanced and superior customer service, differentiating them from their competitors.”
