Merger and acquisitions firm names managing director

Sean Cota joined Cetane Associates LLC, a firm that provides merger and acquisition advice to privately held companies, as managing director. According to a press release, Cota is an energy marketer who at one time was chairman of the Petroleum Marketers Association of America. Cota was also at one time president of the New England Fuel Institute.
