MID:COM names IT administrator

Midwest Computer Register (MID:COM), a manufacturer of electronic meter registers, hired Jeff Christiansen as its information technology (IT) administrator and engineer.

In his new position, Christiansen will be responsible for day-to-day IT duties at the company, as well as product and service development. Previously, he owned Advanced Tech Solutions, an IT company in Hampton, Iowa.

MID:COM serves as a manufacturer of electronic meter registers, on-board computers and accessories for flow meters. Its systems are used with positive displacement, mass flow and turbine meters, with most applications on propane and petroleum delivery trucks.
