Mobile application facilitates gas system, appliance checks

Marshall Excelsior Co.’s (MEC) mobile application is now available. The MEC mobile app provides users with tools, literature and contact information in one location. A gas system check tool allows users to record customer information, document container information, check regulators with barcode functionality, record date and time stamps for pressure and leak tests, add notes, take installation photos, and perform electronic signatures. A PDF form is immediately generated and can be emailed to the back office and the customer. An appliance system check tool enables users to confirm appliance functionality and to add notes if the check failed. The MEC mobile app includes links to the MEC product catalog, service handbook, videos and other literature. Download the app on the Apple App Store or Google Play.
