Mobile software designed for service technicians

It includes full service functionality and Gas Check capabilities. It has integrated CoPilot navigation for easy travel between calls and GPS location validation upon arrival to ensure a technician knocks on the right door. Work is recorded on the device, including Gas Check, and it is automatically uploaded to the ADD Energy E3 back-office system and immediately visible by customer service representatives and, potentially, customers through the internet. A media capture function offers the opportunity to take photographs or videos of equipment to include on a customer record for improved clarity and follow-up service. During the call, the technician can give better customer service and improve cash flow by emailing the customer quotes or invoices, capturing a signature and processing a payment. Pegasus can also integrate with the home office dispatch system so companies with larger service departments can efficiently manage multiple technicians.
