National Propane Gas Association adds two to staff

May 29, 2018 By

The National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) hired Michael Baker and Brett Alison Gold to serve as director of legislative affairs and executive assistant to Rick Roldan, president and CEO of the association, respectively.

Baker served for seven years as the chief clerk for the Ways and Means Committee, the chief tax-writing committee for the U.S. House of Representatives.

Baker’s background in that arena will help NPGA seek the extension of alternative fuel tax credits into the future, the association says.

Gold has served as a printer and publicist at IBM; an editor and designer of a number of newsletters; and most recently as director of communications and programs at a foreign service organization in Washington, D.C.
