New CFO at AmeriGas

Hugh Gallagher has been elected vice president of finance and CFO of AmeriGas Propane Inc., replacing John Iannarelli. Gallagher will also continue to serve as treasurer of holding company UGI Corp. and AmeriGas until a successor is named to that position.

Gallagher joined UGI Corp. in 1990 and has served both UGI and AmeriGas in various finance, accounting and operations roles, including treasurer, director of treasury services and investor relations, director of business development and director of financial planning and analysis.
