NGL Energy Partners expands shale-drilling business

NGL Energy Partners acquired a water disposal and hauling company, adding four high-capacity oil and gas water disposal facilities through the acquisition of Oilfield Water Lines. According to a press release, the acquisition gives NGL Energy Partners about 90,000 barrels per day of additional disposal capacity in the Eagle Ford shale in southern Texas. The acquisition increases the company’s number of saltwater disposal wells from six to 10.
