NPGA hires director of state affairs

The National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) hired Lesley Garland, former president and CEO of the Western Propane Gas Association, as its director of state affairs. Garland will be responsible for identifying state legislative and regulatory issues and developing strategies to address them. She will start with NPGA in October.
