NPGA installs director of legislative affairs

Matt Bisenius was hired as director of legislative affairs for the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA). He previously served as a legislative assistant in the office of Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner, R-Wis.

The association also recently announced the hiring of Lesley Garland, former president and CEO of the Western Propane Gas Association, as its director of state affairs.
