NPGA offers clarity on pipeline’s revised allocation policy
The National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) published a white paper to address questions related to the Mid America Pipeline Co.’s (MAPL) revised allocation policy, which was filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) last October.
The eight-page paper, which NPGA’s Pipeline Advocacy Task Force developed with other industry leaders, covers general tariff information, how FERC considers tariff challenges and the task force’s decision-making process.
Ongoing dialogue continues with Enterprise/MAPL regarding various provisions of the filing, NPGA says in the white paper.
The white paper is available in the members section of NPGA’s website. NPGA says it can also provide a copy of the white paper upon request.
