Otodata acquires LPG branch of AIUT

Otodata Technologies USA acquired the LPG branch of AIUT, a Gliwice, Poland-based company that supplies internet of things (IoT) ecosystems for the global LPG remote monitoring and metering market.

Founded in 2008, Otodata offers remote tank monitoring hardware and software for a variety of industries, including propane. Its solutions allow users to monitor their tanks remotely, providing real-time data to optimize asset and labor productivity in their businesses, the company says.

“This acquisition will enable us to accelerate our expansion and further leverage our innovative solutions for remote tank monitoring and metering on all five continents,” says Andre Boulay, president of Otodata. “This represents an important step in our strategy to address the growing demand for reliable, affordable and automated tank monitoring solutions across a variety of industries and geographic markets such as, LPG, fuel, lubricants and industrial gas.”

AIUT has been coordinating with companies in the global LPG market for more than 15 years by equipping customers with advanced data readout, monitoring, metering and analysis solutions.
