December 24, 2021 By

Members of the propane industry and the public are invited to comment on the Propane Education & Research Council’s (PERC) funding request: Docket 23255 — Integrated Marketing Communications for $9,363,000.

Find full text of the funding request here.

The integrated communications and marketing docket encompasses 2022 programming for all markets, environmental thought leadership, corporate communications, as well as digital development and reporting.

The program in 2022 — developed with the guidance of the Market Growth and Commercialization Working Group — will be designed to carry PERC’s new brand identity, PROPANE Energy for Everyone, to deliver priority messages to consumer and business audiences:

  • Propane accelerates decarbonization.
  • Propane ensures energy equity.
  • Propane keeps families safe and comfortable all year long.
  • Propane helps companies save money, cut emissions and achieve resiliency in an uncertain world.

PERC plans to deliver messages to each audience through paid media (advertising), earned media (public relations) and owned media (propane.com, social media platforms, and programs and projects).

Comments on the funding request must be received by 5 p.m. EST on Jan. 21, 2022, to receive consideration.

Comments may be submitted online here. You can also send comments by mail to PERC, Public Comment on Funding Request, 1140 Connecticut Ave. NW, Suite 1075, Washington, DC 20036; by fax to 202-452-9054; and by email to info@propane.com.
