Power Solutions International names new president, CEO

May 29, 2017 By

Power Solutions International Inc. (PSI), a provider of alternative fuel engines, appointed John Miller as its president and CEO. Miller replaces Raymond Anderson, who recently resigned from his position.

“After conducting a comprehensive search for a permanent CEO, we are pleased to welcome John as our chief executive officer and president,” says Shaojun Sun, chairman of the board of directors at PSI. “His successful track record in the areas of operation and finance across the manufacturing, distribution and transportation industries, coupled with his public company experience, make him an ideal fit to lead our company into the future.”

Miller most recently worked at Navistar International Corp., a manufacturer of commercial and military trucks, school buses, diesel engines and service parts, as its senior vice president of operations and corporate finance. Miller also has more than 35 years of executive management experience in the manufacturing, distribution and transportation industries in public and private equity companies, according to PSI.

In addition, Jay Hansen, Ellen Hoffing and Mary Vogt resigned from their positions on PSI’s board of directors. The board of directors plans to conduct an active search for qualified, independent director candidates to fill the vacancies on the board as a result of the resignations, the company says.
