Propane wholesaler names CEO

Wouter van Kempen, the former president and COO of DCP Midstream LLC, has been named CEO and president of the company and DCP Midstream Partners LP, the company’s propane wholesale division. Additionally, William Waldheim, president of DCP Midstream Partners, is joining the general partner’s board of directors.

Mark Borer, CEO of the general partner, retired at the end of 2012.
