Blackmer, a part of PSG, a Dover company, will be exhibiting its pump and compressor products for use in the transport and handling of propane and autogas at the 31st World LPG Forum 2018 in Houston. Blackmer will showcase its sliding vane pumps for the propane and autogas markets, including its LG, LGL and TLGLF models. The pumps are suitable for cylinder filling, motor fueling, bulk transfer, vaporizers, and on bobtails and transports. The positive displacement pumps offer sustained high-level performance, energy efficiency, trouble-free operation and low maintenance costs, Blackmer says. The company will also feature its LP series oil-free reciprocating gas compressors, which are ideal for railcar unloading and vapor-recovery applications. All of the compressors’ pressure parts are constructed of iron, resulting in greater resistance to both mechanical and thermal shock, the company says.
