Quality Steel selects Lynn Hardin as president

Quality Steel promoted Lynn Hardin from vice president of sales and marketing to president.

In his new position, Hardin will be responsible for development, implementation and leadership of strategic initiatives across Quality Steel. He will continue to manage the LP gas storage solutions business unit going forward.

Sean Wessel, former president of Quality Steel, will retain the role of CEO and will work closely with Hardin and his team to ensure continued success of the organization.

Also effective Jan. 6, Lance Dalton, previously regional sales manager, succeeds Hardin as vice president of sales and marketing. Dalton will lead Quality Steel’s sales and marketing teams as well as its network of distributors in the U.S. and Canada.

“We are proud to promote from within our organization, and we sincerely thank both Lynn and Lance for their 23-plus years of service to Quality Steel as well as their contributions, commitment and loyalty to our organization during that time,” the company states in a press release. “We wish them much continued success in their new roles.”
