Rinnai launched a customer experience facility at its headquarters in Peachtree City, Ga.

The water heater manufacturer says the facility will serve as a multifunctional space to boost customer knowledge and contractor expertise through meetings, demonstrations, selling sessions, technical training sessions, industry events and customer visits.

“We wanted to create a versatile physical space to generate and display solutions,” says Susan Mittelbrun, vice president of marketing at Rinnai, in a press release. “The space is designed with bright materials and an open concept to nurture inventive thinking for bold products.”

The facility can be split to provide multiple functions such as live installations and teardowns, Rinnai says. The space includes state-of-the-art technical equipment, audio visual equipment and a live fire to demonstrate Rinnai’s residential and commercial portfolios, the company adds.
