Roush CleanTech propane engines now California Air Resources Board certified

All Roush CleanTech propane engine models from 2023 and later are California Air Resources Board certified, ensuring fleets can easily and affordably meet emissions standards.
Previously available as an added-cost option, the ultra-low NOx emissions package is now standard on every propane engine sold by the company. The engines emit 90 percent less NOx emissions than allowed under 2023 regulations and are 60 percent cleaner than California’s 2024 low-NOx standard, without compromising performance or efficiency, according to the company.
Fleet operators purchasing vehicles powered by this liquid injection propane technology will have a greater chance of accessing state and federal funds that incentivize near-zero-emission vehicles, Roush CleanTech adds. Studies show that propane vehicles offer significant environmental advantages while delivering substantial financial savings.
