Rymes Propane & Oil agrees to buy Fred Fuller Oil & Propane

Rymes Propane & Oil – an oil and propane provider that serves all of New Hampshire and surrounding areas in Vermont, Maine and Massachusetts – says it will acquire the operating assets of Fred Fuller Oil & Propane.

Once the agreement receives approval from bankruptcy court, Rymes will serve all Fred Fuller customers and will honor the contracts of all Fred Fuller pre-buy customers. The company also will continue to work with Fred Fuller’s employees, “who have proven throughout the years that they care deeply about the customer,” according to Rymes.
