Shale gas production growth fuels TransTech Energy-Bridge Industries partnership

TransTech Energy has announced a partnership with Bridge Industries LLC of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, to support the next phase of its growth plan. TransTech Energy says its experience with high pressure gas/liquids storage and handling has positioned it as a partner for the energy industry as it builds capacity for increased production of natural gas liquids (NGL) and related LP gas from rapidly expanding shale gas plays. Bridge Industries, a holding company focused on the growing opportunities in the energy sector, has invested aggressively in companies supplying engineered systems for production of oil and gas. Bridge will provide new capital and strategic support to help TransTech expand capabilities and product offerings to meet with growing LP gas and NGL storage market demand, according to a press release. TransTech Energy is headquartered in Rocky Mount, N.C.
