Southcross Energy Partners purchases pipelines from parent company

Southcross Energy Partners LP acquired gathering, treating, compression and transportation infrastructure from Southcross Holdings LP.

Among the assets acquired are two natural gas liquids pipelines that are currently under construction. One is a propane pipeline from Southcross Energy Partners’ fractionator in Bonnie View, Texas, to the Corpus Christi, Texas, area. The other is a Y-grade pipeline connecting Southcross Energy Partners’ Woodsboro, Texas, processing facility to Southcross Holdings’ fractionator in Robstown, Texas.
