ThompsonGas to supply fuel for National Mall’s propane mowers

The National Mall and Memorial Parks (NAMA) selected ThompsonGas as its propane provider for recently purchased lawn mowers in Washington, D.C. Each of NAMA’s Exmark Lazer Z S-Series lawn mowers, which the Propane Education & Research Council donated, will be refilled using a ThompsonGas cylinder exchange system.

“Being awarded this contract is an opportunity for ThompsonGas to better promote propane as the best alternative fuel option available today,” says Randy Thompson, president and owner of ThompsonGas, in a press release. “The exposure on the National Mall to tourists and others in the area will help attract attention to the propane industry as a whole.”
