TracerSpacer snap-on device separates tracer wire, pipe

Manufactured by Innovative Trench Solutions and sold by Bergquist, the TracerSpacer is a snap-on device designed to provide a consistent separation between plastic pipe and its tracer wire. This helps eliminate the possibility of wire-to-pipe contact or electrical shorts caused by installation defects or third-party damages. The TracerSpacer also ensures that the tracer wire does not become displaced away from the pipe during backfilling. It maintains a consistent 6-in. separation to provide accurate locating of the pipe in the future, reducing potential third-party damages. Sizes include 0.5-in. CTS, 0.75-in. IPS, 1-in. IPS, 1.25-in. IPS and 2-in. IPS.
