Vaporizer manufacturer develops customer support center

Algas-SDI has formed a global support center to provide support to customers who contact the company Monday through Friday between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. PST.

Customer service representatives Tina Porter and Mandy Glaze will be responsible for processing and managing purchase orders, change-order requests and requests for order information and tracking. The two will also manage equipment and parts quotes and lead time inquiries.

Tim Hicks, technical service manager, will be available to offer technical support and manage engineered systems parts quotes and lead times. Hicks will also handle warranty and return authorization requests.
