The Women in Propane Council (WIP) installed new leaders in October and the Women in LPG Global Network (WINLPG) will be under new leadership starting in January.

The 2018 leaders of WIP were announced during the fall National Propane Gas Association board meeting in Minneapolis.

Laurie Irish Jones, CEO of Irish Propane and Irish Carbonic, was installed as chair and Brilynn Johnson, marketing director for the Western Region of AmeriGas, will serve as vice chair. Milissa Lord, of A.R.M. Solutions, will act as treasurer of the group.

The WINLPG will be under new leadership starting in January. Paige O’Dell, vice president of operations for AmeriGas, was named as new chair of the network at the 2017 World LPG Forum. The group, which launched in 2015, now has over 500 members worldwide. O’Dell has been working in the propane industry since 1988. In 2012, she was the first chair of the WIP membership committee.
