PERC seeks marketer feedback
|
The Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) is asking marketers to inform it of any natural gas customers who get cut off from service due to “interruptible contracts” with their utility company. Interruptible contracts allow large natural gas consumers to receive lower rates. PERC is asking marketers who hear of customers having their gas service disrupted to email Pat Hyland with the following information:
- Name of local gas company
- Location of outage (city, state)
- Duration of outage
- Amount of propane supplied during the outage
Pat Hyland, director of industry communications, can be reached via email at patrick.hyland@propane.com or telephone at 216-407-6995.
