Chamberlin served a number of roles for the company. Originally hired into sales during the 1990s, he was named New England sales representative. According to ADD Systems, under his leadership, the company found success in the New England market. Later in his career, Chamberlin took on the role of a sales training consultant, where he worked with newer salespeople as part of the company’s continued growth plan. Chamberlin shaped the sales styles of a new generation of salespeople who worked in territories all across the U.S.

Bruce C. Bott, president of ADD Systems, who worked with Chamberlin early in his sales career, says Chamberlin’s contribution to the company’s success was significant.

“I learned some great lessons from Frank over the years. His dedication and loyalty to the company and his customers were valuable foundations for me,” Bott says. “I am really happy for him and know he will enjoy his retirement. Frank’s got a lot of fishing to catch up on, and I know spending time with family is also high on his list.”
