Industrial propane vacuum an alternative to electric models

September 6, 2013 By

Ermator, a manufacturer of high-efficiency particulate air vacuums, launched a propane-powered vacuum called the T8600 Propane. The vacuum is modeled after the T8600 Dust Extractor, Ermator’s top-selling vacuum for concrete grinding.

According to a press release, the T8600 Propane is capable of keeping up with propane grinders and saws, making it a match for companies already operating such propane equipment – or for those interested in venturing into propane for the first time. The T8600 Propane has an 18-horsepower Kawasaki motor with a direct-driven turbine. It provides 410 cubic feet per minute and 115 inches of water lift, according to Ermator.
