ADD Systems upgrades mobile service solution

ADD Systems added an enhancement to its Pegasus mobile service solution for field service technicians – Time and Materials billing. ADD Systems says this new enhancement allows a service/HVAC company to have the flexibility to choose the method that best fits its needs for a particular type of service call. Pegasus Time and Materials billing allows the technician to bill for the actual time spent and parts used on a service call. When the call is complete, the tech can print out a priced-out invoice and even take payment at the time of service. The Pegasus mobile service product was originally released in 1995 and has steadily grown both its functionality and user base. It brings efficiency to service and HVAC operations with real-time communication; streamlined dispatching; call history and images for techs in the field; real-time, automated customer communication; Gas Check; equipment tracking and more.
