AmeriGas adds member to board of directors

Brian Ford was elected a director of AmeriGas Propane Inc., effective Nov. 1. Ford previously served as a partner of Ernst & Young. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors, as chairman of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Governance and Nominating Committee of GulfMark Offshore Inc.
