Blossman teams with Canadian company on diesel displacement system

Blossman Services Inc. and BL Energie Inc. formed a joint venture to develop, certify, market and sell diesel displacement systems for heavy-duty Class 7 and 8 trucks in the United States.

According to a press release, BL Energie Canada introduced diesel-propane hybrids to Canada in 2009. In the last two years, BL Energie has converted more than 150 diesel trucks to diesel-propane systems.

“We are offering an alternative to carriers interested in converting new or existing trucks to propane autogas, LNG or CNG using the Prins DieselBlend technology,” says Yvon Boisclair, BL Energie Canada president, in a press release.
