Blue Cow Software hosts 2021 user group meeting

June 16, 2021 By

Blue Cow Software hosted its annual user group meeting over a two-day period, drawing in more than 400 attendees each day, according to the company.

The virtual event consisted of 10 sessions that included interactive presentations from Blue Cow Software experts, trainers and upper management aimed to educate its customers on the company’s products and services.

Over the course of two days, Blue Cow Software shared information, best practices and product walkthroughs on its Ignite software suite, mobile and web product offerings, analytics software and mobile app.

The user group meeting concluded with a live Q&A session with attendees who asked Blue Cow Software experts questions about the product suites and shared suggestions for future enhancements or offerings that would improve their user experiences.

2021 marked the second year the event was hosted virtually, following 2020’s switch to a virtual setting due to pandemic-related concerns. While Blue Cow Software says it misses meeting in person, going virtual has allowed more attendees to join – including those from outside the U.S. – and it is looking into potential hybrid options for the future.

“Thank you to all of our Blue Cow Software users who attended and made this year’s user group meeting the largest in the 17-year history of our company,” says Nick Quaratiello, the company’s senior vice president of sales. “It was so great to see so many attendees and to get to talk about the improvements we’ve made in the Ignite suite of software. I can’t wait to see what the turnout will be for next year as we continue to grow.”

In addition to the user group meeting, Blue Cow Software conducts at least one webinar per week to help customers get the most out of its software and learn about new features and functionality, providing a hands-on approach to customer support.
