Blue Cow Software users unite for annual meeting
Blue Cow Software hosted its annual user group meeting on May 4-5 with more than 350 customers from across the U.S., Canada and the Virgin Islands participating each day.
Emceed and coordinated by Mike Procopio, Blue Cow Software’s inside sales manager, the virtual event consisted of 10 sessions that included interactive presentations from company experts. The sessions were designed to educate customers on the company’s products and services and how they work “better together.”
During the two-day event, Blue Cow Software staffers shared information, best practices and product walkthroughs on the company’s Ignite ecosystem and introduced its new accounts payable automation platform for the energy industry. Attendees also participated in interactive polls and Q&A sessions, the results of which will help drive innovation and development in 2022 and beyond, according to the company.
“The annual user group meeting caters to all levels of Blue Cow Software customers, from rookie users to seasoned veterans,” Procopio says. “We tailor the event to everyone and design our content based on feedback from our customers and partners. Our goal is for our users to take at least one piece of information away that can be applied immediately at their respective companies.”
Procopio thanked the presenters, moderators and panelists from this year’s user group meeting.
“Coordinating a virtual event with 10 different presenters, across five different states, is no easy task, but our team rose to the occasion. They did a phenomenal job,” he says. “The amount of preparation and time that goes into this event can’t be overstated. Preparations began in the fall and resulted in a flawless event for our clients.”
