Cargas Energy introduced a service quoting system to help service technicians and back-office staff with customer interactions. The system gives users the ability to electronically create quotes, as well as multi-select items and rates for faster quote generation. It automatically calculates pricing and lets users add images, discounts and new equipment to the plan. Once all of the information is gathered, users can format the quote for customers to review and sign. Users also can automatically convert quotes to work orders, incorporate service contracts and present them to customers, customize quote deadlines and view quote history.
