The event, Cargas explains, gives customers and partners the opportunity to participate in educational sessions, see upcoming features and enhancements, and network. This year’s event included a new in-depth training camp and on-site support consultations.

Aaron Cargas, vice president of Cargas, led the opening presentation that highlighted the Summit’s optimization theme.

“To optimize your business, you must clarify strategic priorities, insist on clear information, and trust and empower your team,” he says.

The presentation also highlighted the ways Cargas is striving for optimization to better serve its customers, says the company. Recent initiatives have focused on customer experience, user feedback, Cargas Energy’s online community and support methodology.

A new office will play a major role in customer care moving forward, the company explains. The new location brings the entire Cargas team together under one roof and supports better cross-team collaboration and communication.

“As our customer base grows, we can’t keep doing things the same way,” says Nate Scott, president and CEO of Cargas. “We’re working harder than ever to optimize the way we work so we can deliver the highest level of customer care possible. We’ll continue to evolve our strategies to meet the changing needs of our customers.”

Cargas, the creator and provider of Cargas Energy fuel delivery software, was also named to the “Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies in Central Pennsylvania” list for the 14th time. Cargas had to meet a minimum revenue requirement in each of the fiscal years ending in 2016, 2017 and 2018 and show revenue growth in 2018, as compared to 2016, to be eligible for the list.
