Cavagna develops remote monitoring service

Cavagna Group offers a complete remote monitoring service called OTUS, an asset management platform developed by the company’s IoT department. OTUS is able to manage different communication technologies (GSM, LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, LTE), and it acts as a collection center, making the data communicated by IoT devices more valuable, says Cavagna. The platform gives an overview of the status of the connected device and updates the user about any notifications that come from it. Data measured will stay safe, recorded in the cloud platform, says the company. It is available by downloading customizable reports. OTUS is already used throughout Europe for cylinder monitoring and gas metering with IoT-connected devices such as smart meters, multi-cylinder installations and smart medical oxygen valves.
