EDP partnered with GiGi’s Playhouse on a mission to help change the way the world views Down syndrome. The company unveiled a custom-wrapped Brightstar Propane bobtail at the GiGi’s Playhouse in Deerfield, Illinois. EDP committed to donate 1 cent per gallon delivered by the Brightstar Propane bobtail over the next 12 months, or a minimum of $5,000. Tom Knauff, EDP CEO, was among the EDP executives who attended the event. With 58 locations across the U.S. and Mexico, GiGi’s Playhouse offers free therapeutic, educational and career training services for more than 30,000 individuals of all ages every day.

Eric Snyder was among five to graduate from the Pennsylvania Petroleum Association Technical Education Center’s HVAC & Energy Professional Program who will become employees for the 2023-24 heating season. Suburban Propane hired Snyder as an HVAC field technician. He will go on to obtain a CDL through a Suburban Propane program.
