Factory expansion to accommodate Greenkraft’s new truck line

February 6, 2017 By

Greenkraft Inc., a California-based manufacturer of alternative fuel trucks and systems, plans to debut two new trucks that run on propane autogas or compressed natural gas (CNG) this year.

Greenkraft’s new G3 and G4 trucks will come in larger sizes of 26,000 pounds and 33,000 pounds, respectively. The company also plans to expand to a larger factory this year due to increased demand for its vehicles.

The new facility will be located close to the current Greenkraft headquarters in Santa Ana, California, for a seamless transition and easy rollout of the new truck lines. The facility will include several overhead cranes, assembly lines and an expanded parts division.

“Greenkraft is going to revolutionize the trucking industry with the introduction of these new 26,000- and 33,000-pound trucks that run on CNG and propane fuel,” says George Gemayel, Greenkraft’s CEO. “The only way we can meet the increased demand for Greenkraft products is to expand our current factory. This expansion is one of many factors that will substantially increase the company’s revenue in 2017.”

Greenkraft Inc. designs and manufactures alternative fuel automotive products, including trucks that run on propane and compressed natural gas systems.
