Ferrellgas acquires Gasco Energy Supply

Ferrellgas Partners LP acquired Gasco Energy Supply LLC, an independent propane retailer based in Eldon, Mo., which services residential, industrial/commercial and agricultural accounts throughout the Ozark region. Details of the deal were not disclosed.

In addition to its pursuit of independent propane retail operations, Ferrellgas created a diversification strategy in 2014 based on crude oil midstream acquisitions. This past June, the company acquired Bridger Logistics for $837.5 million.
