Ferrellgas adopting PERC’s digital learning program

Ferrellgas is now requiring all new employees to take the computer-based Certified Employee Training Program (CETP) e-learning courses from PERC.

Ferrellgas’ CETP training initiative includes six e-learning courses that must be completed based on the employee’s job function. Ferrellgas will include company-specific policies and track employee training using its FerrellConnect learning management system.

PERC currently offers several courses in an e-learning format, including ones focused on OSHA and DOT; basic principles and practices; and propane delivery operations and cylinder delivery.
