Icom, Imega partner to form autogas group

Icom North America LLC and Imega International USA launched a consortium to educate fleet managers and sell them on the benefits of propane autogas.

The consortium, called the Liquid Autogas Consortium, plans to provide U.S. Environmental Protection Agency-approved propane systems for vehicles, as well as financing, vehicle service, dealer support, fueling stations and small propane engine systems through a series of partners.

Fleets are invited to join the Liquid Autogas Consortium at no cost. Propane retailers, propane equipment manufacturers, propane vehicle manufacturers and dealers, and propane vehicle installation and service centers can join for a fee.
