PC Systeme joins TouchStar via acquisition

TouchStar acquired PC Systeme, a cloud-based telematics and mobility software provider based in Vienna, Austria. TouchStar will integrate PC Systeme telematics and mobility services into its logistics and enterprise mobility portfolio. The addition gives TouchStar a new range of GPS fleet-tracking products.

According to a press release, the PC Systeme team will become part of TouchStar, which has offices in Vienna, Austria, and Regensburg, Germany in addition to its Americas and Asia-Pacific facilities.
