Roush CleanTech developed a propane autogas fuel system for the 2016 Ford F-750 chassis in response to increased demand for a propane autogas-fueled, medium-duty chassis for bobtail applications, cylinder delivery trucks, box trucks and beverage delivery vehicles. The Roush CleanTech Ford F-750 system comes built on Ford’s 6.8-liter V10 engine. The system operates up to 33,000 gross vehicle weight rating and comes with a 50-usable-gallon fuel tank. The system meets both the Environmental Protection Agency’s and the California Air Resources Board’s certification requirements for autogas fueling systems. In addition, the system retains all quality Ford performance characteristics, such as horsepower, torque and towing.
