R.H. Peterson Co. makes leadership changes

R.H. Peterson Co., a manufacturer of home products that range from vent-free gas logs to gas grills, named Dominque Seim as president and Leslie Bortz as chairman.

Prior to becoming president, Seim has worked with R.H. Peterson Co. for more than 19 years. Most recently, he’s overseen all aspects of manufacturing, inventory, maintenance and shipping at the company. He’s been instrumental in developing processes and plans to maximize operational efficiencies. Seim began his career working for his family’s propane companies.

“I’m honored to serve as the next president of R.H. Peterson Co. and continue our company’s legacy of providing high quality, innovative, American-crafted products that bring families together,” Seim says. “I look forward to nurturing the relationships that have made R.H. Peterson Co. the company it is today and to lead us into future growth and success.”

Bortz

Bortz transitions into the role of chairman after leading R.H. Peterson Co. as president for the past 46 years.

“I have been fortunate to work with an incredible team that has achieved record success over the last several years,” Bortz says. “Dominque is the ideal leader to move our company into the next phase of growth. I look forward to partnering with him as we advance our company forward.”

For nearly 75 years, R.H. Peterson Co. has been providing gas logs, grills and outdoor fire features. Located outside Los Angeles, the company’s family of brands includes Fire Magic, Real Fyre, American Fyre Designs and American Outdoor Grills.
