Rural Computer Consultants develops scheduling tool

Service Manager is Rural Computer Consultants’ (RCC) latest addition to the FDS Software for scheduling service work orders. This feature gives a service manager the ability to schedule based on the type of job, the technician doing the job or the time frame the job needs to be done. Whether a task is assigned to a technician or not, the service manager can see, move and edit each service work order. If there’s no date assigned for the work order yet, it can be left with no promise date – it will stand out to the service manager as a task that should be scheduled. RCC recently acquired Propane Management Systems from DCC Propane.
