Paula Laney, director of safety and training for Energy Distribution Partners, spoke with LP Gas magazine shortly after the conclusion of her general session at the 2020 National Safety & Trainer’s Conference titled, “Training Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s).” Laney shared the importance of the CSR position within the industry and how beneficial it might be for your company to have more than one or two people trained to answer the phones effectively.
