2023-24 NPGF scholarship program opens in December

The National Propane Gas Foundation Scholarship Fund (NPGF/SF) will kick off the 2023-24 scholarship program on Dec. 15, with the application deadline Feb. 15, 2023.

The scholarship program benefits children of employees of National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) member companies, state propane associations or the Propane Education & Research Council. Each year, it awards $1,000 and $2,000 scholarships to more than 100 students pursuing any course of study at two- and four-year colleges or technical, trade or vocational schools. The foundation encourages students pursuing propane-related careers to apply beginning in mid-December.

Since 1994, the NPGF Scholarship Fund has awarded more than $2 million in scholarships to more than 1,500 children.
