Cargas hired Kellee Morales as its vice president of human resources (HR).

In this role, Morales will be responsible for all matters that impact the Cargas employee lifecycle, including recruitment, retention, engagement and career advancement. She will focus on Cargas’ collaborative culture and champion new initiatives to prioritize employee development, work-life balance and the execution of organizational goals.

Morales has 20 years of professional experience in HR. She began her career at a global HR consulting firm, and has worked in other HR roles at several Pennsylvania-based companies such as Lancaster General Health Penn Medicine and U-GRO Learning Centers.

She is replacing Heidi Bianco, who retired after serving for seven years with Cargas.

Morales earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University, a Master of Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification.

“The importance of providing an inspiring employee experience has never been more important,” says Nate Scott, president and CEO of Cargas. “We are excited to add Kellee’s deep experience with people systems and programs that will help our team reach its potential when working with each other and our customers.”

Cargas, based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is an employee-owned software company for fuel delivery and HVAC service companies. The company recently published its fourth annual Top Technology Trends in Fuel Delivery Benchmarking Report. The research includes data collected from more than 100 fuel dealers about how they’re using technology in a changing industry.
